Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the cover is unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the product does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in this returns policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Return conditions

Returned items must be clean, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, incorrect fitting, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Please package the item securely before sending it back. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
