If your IBC Quick Cover is damaged during normal use due to a manufacturing defect or material fault, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

We may ask you to return the cover for inspection.

If, after inspection, we determine that the damage is the result of a manufacturing or material defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the cover.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, modification, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals or excessive heat, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
